The room was high-class and modern with a shower, a bidet, and a drier in the private bathroom. I liked the view over lake. Location: the hotel was just next door to the city centre and bus stations, the center and the riverfront. Café Epic Arts Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise

The flat-screen TV in our room at the guesthouse was a real treat. It made us feel like we were watching our favorite travel show in high definition, even though we were just lounging in bed. The selection of channels was impressive, providing us with endless entertainment after a long day of exploring Kampot.
Difficult breakfast translation.

We got amazing value for our money at Seagull Guesthouse - the room was top-notch, with all-new amenities, a super clean space, and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the main streets and riverfront. The staff treated us like family, always with a smile on their faces and ready to help.
The breakfast option could be improved with a menu to choose from, as we found it a bit difficult to communicate our preferences. However, it was still very nice overall.

What a mind-blowing stay! The spacious rooms were super clean and the location was jaw-dropping - just a short walk to the main streets and river front. The great price included a generous and top-quality breakfast. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the kids were a delight. We found an amazing little French restaurant just 2 minutes away. And the recommended bus trip to Phnom Penh was the most efficient and comfortable transport we've had in our 5 months of traveling. The room itself exceeded our expectations - it was new, clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The family running the place was lovely and breakfast was decent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Located in a quiet area, this guesthouse offers spacious and bright rooms with clean sheets and towels. the breakfast, although small, is of good quality and the staff is friendly and always smiling. the location is convenient, with a short walk to the city centre and bus stations. the guesthouse also provides motorbike rental and a smart TV in each room.
There is no elevator, and the beds are reported to be very hard by some guests.

The room exceeded expectations - new, clean, comfortable bed, and lots of space. One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in Cambodia. The family running the hotel are lovely. Central location but quiet. Nice smart TV and fridge in the room. Daily cleaning with good pressure in the shower. Good breakfast included. Friendly staff always with a smile. Convenient motorbike rental.
There were some downsides. The bugle from a nearby military base can be loud and disruptive at early hours.
